For one day and half day Kitchen Cooks Classes

Your place will only be booked provisionally until we receive payment for the place. Payment needs to be made in advance by contacting us for bank details. Payment can be made electronically or by cheque. Places can be booked up to 5 days before the course takes place if space is available. Should you need to cancel your place on a course for any reason the cancellation charges are as follows: Cancellation over 28 days before can be made and full refund will be given. Cancellation between 28 and 14 days - 50% of the course fee is payable unless the place is refilled. Cancellation less than 14 days before a course date 100% of the course fee is payable unless the place is refilled. Sometimes courses are oversubscribed and we have a waiting list and MAY be able to re-fill a place, but if you are unable to attend you are welcome to send someone in your place. Please let us know your replacements name phone number and email address as soon as possible before the course date. Occasionally we have to cancel a class if we do not have sufficient uptake and when this happens we will notify you 5 days before and a full refund will be given or priority given to rebook onto another class at a later date.

For Pattacakes Parties
Possible party dates should be discussed with us prior to making arrangements. Once a date is agreed we will hold that date for 1 week and send you a booking form and any other details. A £50 deposit is needed to secure the date and the full balance will be due 1 week before the date of the party unless we make other arrangements with you. If you cancel the party more than 28 days before the deposit is non refundable but no other costs will be payable unless we have ordered party bag or other additional items for you. Parties cancelled within 27 days and 15 days before the date 50% of the full cost will be payable. For any parties cancelled less than 14 days before, the full fee will be payable. Blank invitations will be sent out to you once the deposit is received. The full cost of the party will be as displayed on our website unless additional items are required such as party bags. Cost for these will be agreed with you in writing. We understand the stress and upset caused if a party has to be cancelled by us at short notice. We would like to reassure you that we have NEVER had to cancel a party in 20 years of running them however if this were to happen a full refund will be given and as much notice as possible.
